• The Sketch: Our designers translate your thoughts into hand-drawn sketches or digital 2D renderings. This is where we finalize the "bones" of the piece—the proportions, the stone placement, and the overall flow.

2. Digital Precision: CAD Modeling

Once the sketch is approved, we move into the digital realm using Computer-Aided Design (CAD). This allows us to create a 3D model of your jewelry with mathematical precision.

Why CAD? It allows you to see a photorealistic preview of your piece from every angle before a single ounce of metal is cast. If you want the prongs a bit lower or the band a bit wider, we can adjust it with a click.

3. The Physical Prototype: 3D Printing

We don't go straight to gold just yet. We use a high-resolution 3D printer to create a physical wax model of your design. This "prototype" allows you to feel the scale and see the intricate details in person. It’s the final "green light" before the transformation into precious metal.

4. The Magic of Casting: Lost-Wax Process

Using the age-old "lost-wax" casting method, the wax model is placed in a flask and surrounded by a plaster-like investment.

1. The flask is heated, melting the wax away and leaving a perfect hollow cavity.

2. Molten metal (Gold, Platinum, or Silver) is poured into the void.

3. Once cooled, the plaster is broken away to reveal the raw jewelry casting.

5. The Artisan’s Touch: Setting & Polishing

The raw casting is beautiful, but it’s the jeweler’s handiwork that makes it shine.

• Stone Setting: Our master setters meticulously secure each diamond or gemstone under a microscope.

• Polishing: The metal is buffed through various stages of grit to achieve a mirror-like finish or a soft matte texture, depending on your style.

6. The Final Reveal

After a final quality inspection and a professional ultrasonic cleaning, your vision is officially a reality. It is no longer just a sketch on a napkin; it’s a wearable heirloom ready to be cherished for generations.
